Kevin Andrew Boudreaux, 45, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010, after a brief illness from acute leukemia. He fought the good fight and gave all he had. He was a wonderful husband and father who was full of life and love. Kevin was a loyal friend who knew how to brighten a room with his humor and smile. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving, generous person who loved life and being with his family, friends and any stranger he met. Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Ashly Capello Boudreaux; daughter, Grace; two sons, Jack Boudreaux and Jake Zeringue; mother, Bernice S. Boudreaux; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Linden Boudreaux, and Gail and Wayne Guillot; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Ricky Boudreaux, and David and Robbin Boudreaux; nieces and nephews, Travis and wife Katie Guillot, Ben and wife Kelli Guillot, and Megan, Casey, Sara, Cody, Jake and Jamie Boudreaux. He will be sadly missed by all his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick J. Boudreaux. Pallbearers will be Gerard Frey, Rocky Giroir, Darren Truax, Jay Dill, Ruben Giroir and Jimmy Giroir. Visitation at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville on Monday, May 17, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, May 18, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Donaldsonville at 11 a.m. Entombment in the church mausoleum.
